Founded in 2018 to create opportunities
Be Unique was founded in 2018 by Prabha Pradeep, who is passionate about creating opportunities for women like herself. She believes the right attitude, self-belief, the courage to do and strong determination will empower you.
Her focus was on turning her own triumph into an empowerment platform for women, girls and kids of all nationalities.

Fashion Carnival Dubai is a multicultural platform that brings together fashion designers from around the globe to showcase their collections on a prestigious runway. The carnival features fashion shows, exhibitions and networking opportunities for industry professionals, fashion enthusiasts and media representatives.
Designers display their unique styles, cultural influences and innovative designs to a diverse audience — from avant-garde and haute couture to ready-to-wear, streetwear and sustainable brands.
It is not only a showcase of fashion, but a celebration of cultural diversity and global trends: a place for designers to gain international exposure, connect with industry professionals and grow their brand presence globally.

Prabha Pradeep
Prabha Pradeep launched Fashion Carnival Dubai in 2018, driven by a dream to create a multicultural platform for emerging and established fashion designers — where innovation and artistry could thrive.
With determination and a keen eye for talent, she transformed the runway into a global stage that celebrates diversity and pushes the boundaries of design. Each year the event has evolved, attracting designers from all over the world and blending local talent with international names.
Beyond the glamour, her commitment to sustainability and ethical fashion has promoted eco-friendly practices and encouraged other fashion houses to adopt more responsible approaches.

These events featured fashion shows, excellence awards, pageantry, fashion & lifestyle exhibitions and an emerging designers competition — with talented designers from Amity University, the London School of Fashion & Design, the American University in the Emirates and independent designers, including a carnival-themed eco fashion show made entirely from recycled and upcycled fashion. They welcomed high-profile dignitaries, fashion celebrities, Dubai media personalities and the city’s top models and designers.
