Participant Terms & Conditions:
- Agree to participate in all scheduled activities.
- I agree to pay the registration fee.
- I agree i have valid documents.
- Participants must be in good physical and mental health condition.
- Participants must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organizers.
- Participants shall strictly adhere to timings as per schedule provided by the organizers.
- The participant will have to participate in disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per the schedules were given.
- Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior, during or after participation.
- Participants shall make themselves available for all press meets, photo/video sessions and any other public relations exercises arranged by the organizers.
- During the pageant, activity post selected, all winners and title/sub-title holders must be loyal to beunique (organizer) and give their time, knowledge and high energy to their pageant title only and will not promote verbally or in writing any other pageant through social media or any other communicative or noncommunicative platform you agree not to participate, become a presenter, organizer, associated partner, and sponsor for any other pageant for the following six months regional, national or international level, if found so, may lead to immediate termination of your title and further litigations.
- Participants agree not to speak with any media person or talk about internal or external affairs, strategies,results or activities without informing to the concerned authorities of organizer (beunique).
- Beunique right to use the photographs, interviews and video footage of the contestants for promotion, advertising and live/recording programming.
- In the event of any dispute, the organizers’ decisions binding on the participant will be considered final.
- Schedule of the event and rounds are subjected to change at the discretion of the organizers.
- It is mandatory that the selected contestants for finale should take part in the grooming session.
- The participants should be responsible for their belongings and the organizers could not be held responsible if any properties lost.
- Participants have no right to question the decision of the jury. The decision of the jury in the grand finale will be considered final.
- All fees paid to the pageant are non-refundable and non-transferable in nature in full or in part under any circumstance.
- Participant- I hereby certify that i have read this official entry form and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions listed. by signing (participant) with the terms and conditions, by your signature (participant) constitute this entry form as a binding agreement and contract between both parties (parties – organizer Beunique and participant-who ever participating).
- Computer generated / Electronic forms therefore does not require physical signature. Agree the terms and condition considered as valid.
