The Designer/Participant/Brand must be present in Dubai prior to the fashion show date, at least 2 days in advance.
The Designer/Participant/Brand shall follow the sequence of the shows set by the Organizer.
The Designer/Participant/Brand is required to check, all the time, the status of their dresses/accessories and materials.
Confidentiality: Designer/Participant/Brand agree to keep confidential all information related to the show and its details.
Designer/Participant/Brand shall strictly adhere to timings as per schedule provided by the organizer. (Fashion Carnival Dubai By Beunique).
Registration and participation fees must be paid in full via bank transfer or online payment.
Designers Registration/Participation Fee are non-refundable in any condition.
Ensure that a high-resolution quality logo is submitted no later than four weeks before the show date.
Ensure that to submit high-quality music for review, ensuring it is properly sequenced, no later than four weeks before the show date
In the event that no music or logo is provided by the designers/participant, the organizer will play music or display the logo as per the predetermined sequence.
Guests will not be allowed admission without a valid entry pass/Invitation.
Minors under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult, and children are not permitted to run around in the ramp area.
The Designers/Participant/Brand has to respect the country regulations in terms of printed and non-printed materials (strictly prohibited to promote religious, sexual or political matters).
Designers/ Participant/Brand is fully responsible for their items/products. The Organizer (Fashion Carnival Dubai By Beunique) cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.
